Kathy, Please keep me updated, if possible. When did you get off the liquid phase right after surgery, and when did you move past pureed foods to eggs, cheese, and soft stuff, not yet the solids? I'm having trouble feeling satisfied with just liquids and blenderized/pureed foods, just was curious. Congrats on the -17.8, that is incredible! Beth -7 and counting

My surgery was on 1/7. I was on liquids for the first 5 days. I was then allowed to try whatever I could tolerate that was mushy or crispy. So far, my favorite has been tuna or chicken salad on melba toast crackers. I tried to scramble some eggbeaters with some cheddar cheese, but one bite and I thought I was going to throw up. I fed it to my dogs, and ate a cracker instead!
