A personal question...
Of all the questions I had for my doctor, my husband says I forgot "THE" most important. Surely, someone out here asked. I know, I know, all doctors are different....hmmmmmmm? If it wasn't the weekend I would call and ask today, meanwhile if anyone here is in the "know", please share. Thanks a bunch!

If your husband and mine are anything alike, then "THE" question was one I didn't even have to ask! It was on my discharge papers! I could walk, take stairs & THAT (I was laproscopic - might be different if you were open), but I couldn't lift or drive.
Now, I don't know about you, but if we can't lift, then how can we ?
Anyway, I hid that little bit of info from my hubby for a bit...

To answer "THE" question... my doctor says if you have open surgery to allow yourself 2 weeks. However if your body feels like answering "The" call... before then that is fine. Listen to your body. Wouldnt reccomend before two weeks though. If you are able to still become pregnan****CH OUT! My doc says with as little as a -20 lbs WL, you can EASILY become pregnant. So invest in some form of birth control.
