Tomorrow is the Big Day!!

Well its down to the wire, I have fasted on clear liquids all day, and finally took my Phospho Soda, and will be ready soon to head to bed and wait for a new morning with the surgery. I am looking forward to this year now, and hope to be able to achieve alot of goals.

Good Luck, George. This is good time of the year for the surgery, I had mine 2 years ago. Be patient and carefull with your food. Take your supplements and protein as your doctor prescribed and you'll do just fine. Tonia
