my surgery was scheduled for tomorrow was cancelled at last minute

hello everyone, i am new to this board, my surgery was scheduled for tomorrow and was cancelled. this is the second time that my surgery was postponed. i am a little dissapointed. the reason it has been canceled for the moment is because my pap came back abnormal, then i had a coposcopy,and at the last minute the lab said they were abnormal. so now i have to do a biopsy called a cone or something like that. my preop for that is friday, i have to get all this over with now before they will give me a new surgery date. i guess skinnie me will have to wait. i guess the good thing is that i already have all my preop goals have been met and i wont have to do that stuff again. thank you to everyone who has written me. i see what you mean. i guess i should be thankful that i am finding out all this stuff now. little by little. im hoping it wont be long before i am able to schedule a new date. time will tell. i am really tired from being anxious the last couple of days, need to get to bed. Goodnite....jazz
