Have a date, no approval and need an Angel

I have been given a tentative date of 1/10. Unfortunately, I don't believe this will actually be my date. Simply because I have been going back and forth between the surgeon's office and insurance company. Between the two, no one seems to know what they are doing. I have confidence in the surgeon's work, but I am now shaky about his staff. I am in need of an Angel with some experience. Help.
