Leisa I am having "moments" like that as well. Especially since yesterday when I started my liquid diet that I have to until surgery. Yuck! Yesterday was ok but today... my head has been hurting so bad that I had to come home from work and get in the bed. If the only way to tolerate liquid diet is to sleep thru it ...well...yuck. 
But I keep trying to tell myself if I can do this then I should be able to handle after surgery. Surely it has to do with absence of sugar and caffine. I have been cutting back but this is now total absence. 
I think my hubby is getting a little stressed too! I can say that I have total confidence in my Doctors regarding the surgical procedure. But I am sure nerves are normal. did you doc give you anything to "chill you out"? Ours puts everyone on it before surgery. That might help
