Surgery date 1/7/05-I am going crazy!!!

I cannot believe it is happening in just a few days!!! Anyone else having surgery the same day? Are you feeling the same terrified, excited, crazy way I am feeling?!?!?!

Jen, I go in on the 6th, just 2 days from now. Im feeling excited, but more so hopeful to my new life. I know that after 2 years of research this is the right choice for me. Besides, I get to see my daughter today Lauren A BIG loser in 2 days 335/332/???

Hi Jen, My surgery is on jan 6th and I am a nervouse wreck!!!!! I know it will be better for me in the long run but it is getting a bit intense right now. Last night I took a nice hot bath and just relaxed for 45 minutes after my daughter went to bed and my husband was watching TV. It really did help So your answer is yes I am feeling excited stircrazy terrified way. B

Its nice to know I am not the only one who is a nervous wreck!!! I have to work today and tomorrow, but I am taking Thursday off before my surgery on Friday so I can just sleep in (I know I won't get any sleep he night before surgery!!!), relax, and unwind (at least try to!!) I will be thinking of you on Thursday and please keep in tough and let me know how you are doing after surgery!!

ME TOO!! I am having surgery the same day in Portland, Oregon (3 hours away from where I live). I am so scared! I am trying to get my home and job in order before surgery--I am very tired also! I am so worried about what to expect. I will be praying for you (us)!! ~Patty

Good luck to you sweetie!! I know what you mean about trying to get everything in order, I am an office manager at my work so I have to make everything is straight before I bail out. I am feeling very whiped out myself, I need a really good nights sleep, hopefully I can get that Wednesday night after all my work is done. Are you able to take a day off before surgery? If you can, do, I highly reccommend it and be sure not to be too busy that day either, try to just take time to breath and relax before everything happens the next day.
