Date set for Jan 24th,is there alot of prep I need to know about b4 hand??

WE'RE TWINS!!! Yes there is a lot to prepare for b4 hand mentally, emotionally and physically. This board is a great resource from those "who have been there, done that" For sure make lists of things you'll need and questions to ask your doc. I'm keeping a sheet of paper by the PC to jot things down so I don't forget stuff. GOOD LUCK!

My date is the 24th also. i will think about all of you on the 24th (also everyone else) . The boards are very helpful to me also. I love the support. It is great. it helps me with some of my nervousness. Love Ya'll, Becky (I am from Oklahoma, i have to say Ya'll!)

Tracy...also set for the 24th here too. I'm going to my pre-op appointment tomorrow afternoon. They said plan for 3 hours, so I guess there's a lot to talk about. I'm looking forward to the 24th. I just want this overwith now...trying to be patient! George
