gettin nervous

did anyone else have anxiety attacks before surgery? lol My surgery date is Jan.19th and I am very nervous. Anyone have words of wisdome for me?

Hi,my date us 1/4 and I am not nervous about the surgery itself, just this next week of only fluids and of the "gas" pain everyone talks about afterwards. I hope that I don't get it!!! Anyhow, don't be nervous, it will make everything seem bad. This was a choice you made and be confident in your descission, it is a good one. Best of luck-Nicole Ps. I don't know how wise that was
