Protein Smoothies

2 scoops of Zero Carb Isopure-orange,pineapple, banana (GNC) 12 oz of hood carb countdown orange/pineapple (made with splenda) 1 banana 1/2 cup frozen peaches Puree fruit with hood carb juice and add 2 scoops while the blenda is going. The one shake has 50 grams of protein and it will take several meals to drink 12 ozs. with our small pouch. DH really enjoys the smoothies I have a small smoothie before my morning workout. Tammie G.
