I have a surgery date 1/03/05

I have a date for surgery and just finished all of the test that Dr. Fallang orders and more before you have surgery! Now it is just wait and wait and wait.

Kim ~ We share the same surgery date. Are you scrambling? ARe you eating things that you really shouldn't be eating right now? I keep thinking....well, in two weeks, I will be on the healthy side and I will not be eating these things EVER again. Please share you story?

Stephanie I have been praying and thinking about doing this surgery for over 2 years. At the time my insurance company wouldnt pay for it, now they pay all of it so I felt I needed to act now before they changed their mind. Also, I have the needless diseases that obese people have and am doing this primaily for my health not for my looks. This is the first time that I could actually admit that I am obese. Yes, I too have been eating things that I normally dont because my sugar intake has drastically been changed due to some sugar problems. I talked to my nurse today and she said that everyone does this but for me not to do it the night before surgery and even better not for two days prior to the surgery. My mom and son are freaking out because they are so afraid for me to have my surgery. I keep telling them that The Lord will be in there with me guiding the Surgeons hands, I will be fine. Your right we dont have long, 2 weeks before our new life begins I am so excited! Kim
