I just got my surgery date!!!

I just updated my profile yet wanted to post in the Message Board too. My date for surgery is January 14, 2005 and the realization that there will be half of me in 12-18 months is exciting. My husband & I went Christmas shopping last night at Gordman's & it was fun to look at smaller sizes and imagining me in them by next Christmas! I just sent my photos to the website gurus to be added to my profile so hopefully that will happen soon. It was really difficult for me to have my husband take those photos because of how awful I look. I'm searching for an ANGEL so if anyone wants to be mine, please email me.

Kathleen, Hey sweetie don't say that we all feel that we look awful at times, but you still a beautiful person! Just be proud that you took the next step and before you know it you are going to be jumping in front of cameras anytime someone is taking a picture! You hang in there u got your date you should be over joyed! Good luck! Rhonda
