Hello Let's Get This Board Started
I just want to say hello to everyone. Congrats to all of you. We are embarking on a great journey to a happy and healthier life. We are truly blessed and have something to be proud of. This is not the easy way our in fact it is the hardest route because we have to permanently alter our life styles. But if we support each other on this board we can help each other through it. Has anyone set goals? If so, what are your goals for yourself in reference to wls? What have you done to get prepared for Jan. 2005? I have not set goals yet but I plan to do that today. I will post them this afternoon. I am still in aw so I am work on finding out more on the protein drinks and vitamins. I plan to order samples and begin trying them out.

Wassup Narketta well I am preparing my home first paying all my bills down so I won't have to worry about anything falling behind,I am finishing up shopping for x-mas. Now for my goals I plan on having a successful weight loss I am planning on going to Disney for my sons birthday in May I want to loss close to 100 pounds in the time frame from Jan to May05.I want to go back to church every Sunday,I want to walk at the park with my son be a more better parent with him, I remember my mother doing so much fun things with us when we were little I can't wait to go to the beach with him,do more activities with him and still have energy to do more. I want to go back to work and take a class after. I want to have more energy to do anything I want. With Gods help I will be able to do it all. I want to accomplish my goal weight in a sufficant amount of time I give myself 9 months post-op, I can't wait to get into a gym so I could work out alot.I can go on and on and on Tai
