January surgery,no date as yet

I will have my surgery in Jan, just don't know the date until in Dec. I will be having it at the VA Hosp in Dallas as I am a veteran.Granted not all veterans are approved for this surgery, I guess I am an exception.I do have other health problems, but none that will interfere with the surgery.I am so glad that my Dr. nurse told me about this site, as I was able to read over 43 testimonials to his expertise( not sure if that is spelled right or not) So now I am more excited and just awaiting the date of my surgery. I know that this will not only be a Life changing experience but also a Life Saving experience. It will be a pleasure to be able to get in and out of the tub to take a bath. I weigh 301 right now and because of my bad knee on the right, I am unable to get in and out of the tub. Iam hoping that after the surgery and weight loss that I will be able to comfortably get in and out of the tub.Look out bubbles here I come .I have missed baths just to relax.Any questions just email me.
