Lost 10 lbs. the hard way
I had the flu this past week and just had the strength to stand on the scales today.
I have lost ten lbs. Amazing, since I have been holding rock-steady at 200 for 2 years, now. I never exercise, and I eat whatever I want. I had noticed, however, that my clothed were all too tight and that worried me. I had also started smoking again after 8 years, but the flu and my asthma put a stop to that real quick. (It was getting too expensive anyway). So, as soon as I have the strength to walk, I am starting to exercise again. Maybe, I can shake another 10 lbs. off of the old girl!
