Poll- 2 years post op, how much have you lost? Gained?
1) starting weight: 252
2) lowest weight: 136) current weight: 137
4) how many ounces can you eat: About 10 oz of soft foods.
5) apprx calorie intake: 1800
6) how much do you excercise: Work out three times a week, walk the dogs 2 miles a day, camp and hike as much as possible.
7) how much water a day: 40 oz
8) anything you still can't eat: To much spagetti or rice blocks me up and makes me hurt bad, I have to regurgitate to relieve the pain. Some fish, dry chicken and barb-b-que will hurt, but not every time.
9) Back to old habits: Eating in front of the TV.
10) Are you still trying to loose, if so how much: No, im happy with my weight.

It was so nice to see your post!! How have you been? Can you believe that it's been
2-1/2 years since our WLS!!! How time flies!!
You are looking just great!!

5. What foods can't you eat? Nothing really!! That scares me!!
6. Calories per day: 800-900 per day
7. Exercising: This has really slowed down, I do have a treadmill at home
so I jump on every now and then.
I would still like to lose another 15 pounds, but doesn't look like it's going to happen.
I really need to watch especially since I'm only 5 feet tall. I never want to be
263 pounds again! Actually, sometimes I feel like I'm still back there.

Hi there thanks for posting. We have a lot in common. I too have gone back to sugar and carbs and since have gained a little back. I too can not stomache ice-cream makes me sick and I usto love the stuff. I am impressed with your excercise routine. Keep up the great work. Thanks so much for the FitDay tip! I've already created an account and have started tracking my food. I really want to commit to at least keeping the journal. With the fitday tool, I'm hoping I can get some control over what I put in my mouth! My exercise routine is pretty stable...I go to the YMCA at 5:00a.m. before work, otherwise it will never happen. Thanks again for the tip...I'm really glad I came back to this website having been gone for over 1 year. Take care!
I know that it's almost been 3 years but I finally got access back on OH!!

4) how many ounces can you eat ~about 4 to 6 depending on what it is!
5) apprx calorie intake ~about 900 but trying to increase it!
6) how much do you excercise ~I used to everyday but since I'm having such a hard time maintaining weight I stopped
7) how much water a day~ about 70 oz.
8) anything you still can't eat~ Many things!! Chicken, pork, rice, potatoes, sugar in general, corn, broccoli...the list goes on and on!
9) Back to old habits~ No but some days I wish I could eat more because I am so unhealthy at this point!
