stomache flu and gastric?????

I have had something that seems like the stmache flu. Is there any different way to deal with the situation than a before the bypass. I have had diahrea for 36 hour straight. Can we take pepto?

Stacy, I believe we are not supposed to take Pepto. Seems like I remember my dr. saying it was a no no. Rhonda 312/162 maintaining
