questions tonite. What is a hernia and where is it located at. I get a slight bulge and stomach ache when i lean over or crouch. I can do that now, LOL. Anyway, who do i see about it. Thanks you, stacy

You can get a hernia just about anywhere you have an incision in the abdominal region. It is a weakness in the muscle wall which allows your insides to pop through. The problem comes when it strangulates, usually your intestines. The up side to a hernia for us is that many times the doc will throw in a tummy tuck with it. I would see your WLS surgeon or your PCP. Good luck. Linda
