Had back procedure today

I had a surgical procedure performed on my back today. They did an injection of steroids and antiinflammitories. I was VERY nervous , but the worst part was the I.V. . I woke up to the words " O.K. ...that's a wrap." No pain so far....hope it lasts. I came home and slept. My hunny bunny was with me every step of the way. Now maybe I can FINALLY resume excercising and shed these last lbs. forever!!:

Was it a depo-medrol shot?? I have had those before and they did wonders on my back. I hope that it works out for you. I will keep you in my thoughts. Get better soon! Hugs Suzanne
