It has been 18 months since my surgery(or rebirth). I have lost 135 lbs. I thought I was done, but now I realize that I am still losing, only so slowly that it is hardly noticible. Anyone else in my shoes? Lou Ann

Hi Lou Ann. I find that I will lose a pound here and there. It is really slow and I'm pretty much at goal so I don't expect it to continue. I also find that I can put on a pound or two~URGH~so then I have to get focused and take it right back off. I weigh myself daily so I know on any given day what I weigh. I would secretly like to lose 2 more pounds just so I can see 150 on the scale, LOL, but I know it would be pretty tough for me to maintain that weight! I guess we'll see what happens! thanks, tracy! it's been quite the amazing experience. and you -- you're down to 152 lbs! that's wonderful. i'm just an inch taller than you, and presently at 204, so i've got a ways to go yet. but i'm feeling SO wonderful, i could probably be happy at this weight...but i really, really want to see a "1" as my first number! take care. deb

I am still losing about 4-5 lbs a month. I am content knowing that I am still losing. I would like to lose about 20 more lbs and then the rest would be plastic. I also know that I can eat more than I used to, and have to work hard to keep the food under control. I too, weigh myself every day and try to make sure that I excercise at least 3-4 times a wee****rtainly don't want to ruin this great chance I got to make a differnence in my life. I do love the "new" me. Linda 367/182/?

Hi, Lou Ann, This has been a trip, hasn't it? We are all so lucky! I am still losing VERY slowly, now. Am down to 164 pounds from 312. I would like to see 155, but am comfy where I am. Cannot do plastics as our ins won't cover it. But thats ok. At least I am healthy now. I thank God every day for this surgery it saved my life. Rhonda 312/164/155?

it's a slow process for me right now, I've joined Curves (love it) and it has helped me pick the losing back up. I've lost @ 124 lbs and still need to lose @ 50lbs. I'm determined to get there, please continue to pray for one another.

I was on a stall for 4 months, and recently lost another 5 lbs. So I hope I am still losing as I would like to lose another 30 lbs. and I can't wait for plastics. It takes great discipline to stay on track, but I am determined to get there! Margo 334/193/160

I'm not still loosing...but then I'm at the goal the doctor set for me but I want to loose more. I'm 5'4 and 150 but for my height I should be more between 130-145 according to the BMI. So I'd personally like to be at 130. But weight loss has stopped. I've had my tummy tuck and look great. However, I don't want to be so close to that side of the fence. Do you know what I mean - I'd for once in my life would like to be able to not worry. I think if I get to 130 I will have enough of a cushion that I don't have to worry. Am I the only one like that?
