I want to get your ideas
When I want a snack I like to grab some cottage cheese, strawberries w/cool whip, banana w/peanut butter, s/f pudding or just even wrap a piece of turkey and cheese together. I usually have 3 main meals and 2 snacks daily (so I guess its like 5 small meals per day). My typical day looks like~
B~oatmeal pancake w/sf syrup
S~strawberries w/cool whip
L~salad w/ turkey, cheese, croutons, ranch
D~something like chicken, chili, cottage cheese, taco w/out the shell, etc. this is the hardest meal of the day for me to try to figure out.

I can eat a pretty good amount of food now, but I try not to graze on anything throughout the day. Eating something several times a day has helped me not to reach for the quick fix as much b/c I don't every get super starving b4 I eat.
