Topic: Finally lossing!
Good morning all. I got up this moring after having a day from He$$ yesterday. I have been a what I would call a slow loser and hit a platua for almost 2 months. Well, to my suprise this morning I got and the scale and I was suprised to see 189. That means am down 87 lbs. I hope buy the time I hit my one year anniversary next month I will be at -90. I started eating salad's for my lunch and that seems to have done a few good things for me. It has restarted my weight loss and has gotten me to poopie every day. Just had to get it out because I was so happy to see that this morning.

I made IT!!!!!!! 11 months and 85 pounds.

I know just what you mean Alberto, I'm stuck too and have been for months... It seems that my head knows what to do, but I can't seem to get my body to follow through. It is such a struggle.
On the upside...you are so close to goal and you look great - I guess my best advice is to hang in there - we'll make it through!!

Hi all and congratualtions on your success. I lost 30 pounds before my lap RNY on 1/5/04 and 64 since for total of 94. I have been fluctuating between 125-129. I would like to get to 118.

up your protein and your fluids it works. Hang in there you have come so far. Try lifting 90 lbs and see how far you have come

Congradulations on your new suit sounds GREAT. I got a PJ outfit from my sons, and my Dad got me some more cloths too its so cool. I picked out something sexy to wear out on Friday night.(the first outfit ever I would say sexy about).

I started at 275lbs 5 feet 5 inches, night before surgery, 1-20-04 I have lost a total of 90 lbs so far, but I have been stuck on 90 lb weight lost for months and months now , I feel great at 185lbs but my doc wants me to loose at least 20 or 25 more lbs

Topic: What did Santa bring you?
Santa brought me an absolutely beautiful suit (skirt and jacket) in size 12. Well, my experience with somone buying me clothes has always been horrific (me crying in the fitting room (or bathroom, bedroom etc), trying to stop crying, while my hubby is outside waiting for me to "model" the outfit!!! But, this size 12 fit like it was tailored for me which is really funny because i bought myself a dress just days before and i had to get a size 14 because the 12 just didnt fit. So, it was an awesome, amazing experience. Last christmas i was in a 20-22. Happy New Year! michelle
