Topic: I did it!!!
I did my 1st 5k walk this morning in the rain. It took me 102 minutes, but hey I did it and there was no way I could have done it before surgery. I see my Doctor on monday for my 3 month check up.

Hey Kristal, Keep your chin up. I know that i have seen people and I thought that they would notice that ive lost 60 lbs. but ive had several people not even notice. Keep plugging along. We didn't gain it overnight and unfortunatly it dosen't come off overnight. Michelle
