You have suggested some great ideas. I want to be under 200 lbs by my 6-month anniversary (July 21), so I want to keep my food in control, up my water and remain consistent with exercise.
I bought the sunflower seeds - but only like them on salads and such. As for the jello/yogurt treat - I'm going to try that right away!

I have been stuck at 200 now for almost 3 weeks but I have faith that my weigh in day, monday, will hopefully show some more, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Well, here is what I've been thinking and now that we are all fighting the same battle.. this is what they are talking about the honeymoon being over.. and here is where we will have to start making the right choices. So far, I've been doing not too badly. If you get a craving.. go get something to drink.. (no no.. not a margarita
) water or something good for you.. that usually slows my cravings down.. tell yourself that you can have that ???? right after you have the protein filled snack that you should have.. by that time you will be ok again. (hopefully) Or.. I've been getting those ritz chips low fat.. 140 calories in 15.. then I take and put 7 in a zip lock. That is my allowance.. I can spend it the way I want.. but it is all.. eat with a meal.. or by itself.. but that is the starch cheat for the day. Then for my sweet tooth.. I LOVE dark chocolate kisses.. I can have one of those each day.. . I usually love it at night with a little peanut butter. I think we can find "work arounds" for those cravings.. and I do believe that we can't deprive ourselves of everything we love. So, I'm trying to pick and choose what it will be that I LOVE and what I can do without. God Bless all of us on this battlefield.

I waited till I was two lbs below.. I made it to 198 yesterday. It is still hard to say one hundred anything... but I did it.. only 50 more lbs to go till goal. Then I might reset it.. but for now.. I'll be happy to make it below 150. I'll be posting a new pic soon. WOW.. I'm so happy and glad I have this tool. I have a meeting with friends tonight at the FLYING DUTCHMAN. It'll be kind of like the "makeover story" or a finalle of some sort.. most of them have not seen me since surgery.. so I expect a big reception.. I can't wait. I have this black lace blouse that I'm going to wear with a pair of jeans.. this should be great. Thanks for everyone's support and love.

The sweets have been killing me this week. So I turned to fruit with light cool whip. Also I make this stuff.
1 box s/f jello - melted with 1/4 cup ho****er
12 oz. light yogurt
1 tub light cool whip
blend very well and let set in fridge. Yummy and it goes a long way.
When I get the crunchies - I have sunflower seeds and nuts. Or turkey jerky has been real good for a salt fix.
My meals have been 4-5 oz. 4 on tough meals and 5 on soft meals.
I usually eat 5 times per day.

Ya, still on the 70 lb plateau like most of us January people. But things are shifting and moving around. I need new underwear bad and I have lost a total of 3 sizes in clothes. I'm just hoping the hand-me-downs will take me thru the summer.

I am just waiting for yet another break in weight loss to start back up. I weight in on monday and as much as I want to cheat and peek I am not so I dont know if anything has changed. I also have been walking more, I took a week off(like i can afford it!!) and I think that does not help me so I have been walking.
