Catherine, Yes I get the munchies before my period. I have a hard time staying on my food schedule when it is time for my period. I try to make good desicions. I have decided not to bring any more potato chips in the house. That is my downfall. But I also, use weigh****chers ice cream sandwiches and fudgesicles to curb the chocolete cravings. Hope this helps some. Cindy oh and yes I have had to buy new bras. Need to find time to mesaure myself. I know mine have shrunk because I now fit into an xl shirt now.

Indeed I have gotten 2 new bras...cheep ones. I HAD to! Imagine running, jumping and hopping with preschoolers in a 46F when you have melted to a 36DD? Kassa with the B cup, I feel your pain. This morning I wa**** with a thought...I can fit into Victoria Secret bras now! I text-paged my amazing husband as soon as I realized, and didn't he call home moments later saying, "I'll take the kids tonight, honey. You go shopping." Men are so simple.
