Connie, You are doing absolutely perfect! Don't let anyone else's silly remarks get you down. Everyone is different and will lose weight at a different pace. Keep up your good work and don't set yourself such high goals. Like you said in your profile, you haven't seen your current weight in over 20 years. YOU ARE DOING AWESOME!!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!! René

Hey Kim - I'm with you... I lose slow but I too, have avoided a plateau. I consistently lose between 2 and 4 pounds each week. At first I got frustrated over this, but then I kicked back and began to enjoy the ride! No diet I was ever on did I lose that consistently! Take care & Good luck all! Barbie 281/213/150ish

Hi Gang! I was the 21st, and I am down 68lbs! I'm soooo happy! My new mini-goal is to get below 200 by my six-month anniversary. I am working extra hard at the gym and counting each calorie to make it - but I know that I can!!! Just have to keep working! God Bless! Barbie 281/213/150ish

Your surgery was the day after mine. I'm only down 52#s. The weight loss has been very, very, slow. You're doing great. Keep the good work up. Millie
