Now that I am 2 years post op...I am freaking out! I can feel my pouch is stretched. It has to be! Some days I can chow down and I feel like a TOTAL piglet! I hate it! Then I am miserable and depressed so I want to eat eat eat more! UGH!!!!!! I need some support and help gang! I am 148-150 depends on the day. I was 247 at time of surgery. I have lost a significant amount of weight but I haven't lost anymore in over a year. I want to lose atleast another 15 lbs but I can't! What can I do? What do I do to test to see how much my pouch has stretched to? How do I shrink back down? Thanks.... I AM VERY DEPRESSED!

I totally agree, what taste really good to one can be yuk to others does that make it weird, no. You have to eat what works for you. I also do the protein first, and then the other choices. Take care, Robin

Happy Anniversary to all you Jan. patients. 2 years, wow! Seems like not so long ago. I am having a couple of problems. I may have a stricture, trouble eating all of the sudden. I also noticed some side pain, I still have my gall bladder. Indigestion too. So I guess I will make an appointment real soon. I am down 135 lbs now. I started at 260 but lost some before surgery.
