GOAL? AT GOAL?

How many of us are at goal? OR near goal? I have been reading the main board and noticed that so many people are at goal by about 9-10 months and I am still 30 pounds from goal. So I am curious as to how many of you are at or how close you are to reaching your end goal. Thnaks for sharing! ~Sandy Vock

I am still 20 lbs from goal. However I feel great and am doing fine. Its just the ugly sagging skin I am lookin at now. But I feel the need to get more exercise before seeing a surgeon. Have been slackin off since the snow started. Dawn -119

I'm still 18 pounds from doctor's goal and 30 from mine. I haven't lost a pound in 2 months. and I have been grazing.

Hi Ladies and Gents!!!!!! Welll I am 157 and my goal would be 130 but I am leaning more towards 140 because I dont want to be too thin. I also feel great but I am having to have hernia surgery and TT soon so that may push me to goal soon

I'm 7 lbs from goal and this darn scale will NOT budge! It's so frustrating! I know if I could have ps I would easily lose 10-15 lbs. from all the excess in my belly, arms and thighs. I just need to hit the lottery to do it! Sigh... My surgeon was completely happy with where I was at, but I am bound and determined to get to my personal goal of 130 lbs. Kim R/az 233/137/130

I am at goal. Actually my goal was to weigh 145 pounds, and I weigh 136 pounds. I have weighed that since Nov. 2004. My starting weight was 277. Melissa Taylor

I'm 15 pounds from my surgeons pre-plastic surgery goal but to be honest I'd like to lose another 40 pounds before having PS. I have an appointment set up with a plastic surgeon since my surgeon says I will lose 30-40 pounds with a body lift. I figure I'll let the PS guide me on when enough is enough. I could live with where I am today but I think most of us want to fit the insurance weight tables and I'm nowhere near those. I am thankful to be where I am though because I've been given my life back. Seems most of us haven't hit goal in 12 months, but we can still finish the journey up before our window closes.

I am hanging around 140....a little more right now because I am taking prednisone and I have found out how well I CAN graze. My surgeon's goal was 136. Mine 125. I have been here since SEPTEMBER!!!!!!! Hoping the warm weather will come and I will go back to the mad pace of exercise I was at before. I think at least 10 more will come off then. Right now....things have been slower with the illness and the weather. YUCK.
