i cant beleive it has been 1 year already i am feeling really good i started at 269 and i am at my doctors goal want to lose another 5-10 pounds though i weighed 150 at doctors appointment for my 1year check up i do have alot of skin in the middle section
Brenda, Its been one year already..way to go..It would be one year tomorrow for me. Yippie. I feel great. I have not lost as much as I like but I know I will get the rest off.
