I started at 275lbs 5 feet 5 inches, night before surgery, 1-20-04 I have lost a total of 90 lbs so far, but I have been stuck on 90 lb weight lost for months and months now , I feel great at 185lbs but my doc wants me to loose at least 20 or 25 more lbs how do I overcome this stand still

up your protein and your fluids it works. Hang in there you have come so far. Try lifting 90 lbs and see how far you have come

I know just what you mean Alberto, I'm stuck too and have been for months... It seems that my head knows what to do, but I can't seem to get my body to follow through. It is such a struggle. On the upside...you are so close to goal and you look great - I guess my best advice is to hang in there - we'll make it through!! Happy New Year! ((hugs)) Carla
