One year Aniversay party???????
Ok, my one year aniversary will be on January 20th and I told my Mom that I will have a party, well a get together to celebrate, but only with those who were supportive and have always encourage me to eat right to exercise and to keep on going which are three people who are not even family members, but you know how this things gomy question is, is having a party going kind of too far I mean people may think, "how conceited" but is not that is that I feel that have done a good job and for once in my life I want to celebrate a victory a very personal victory. What do you think?????

I'd invite my friends who supported me and not feel guilty in the least. After all they have given so much the last year and deserve to be recognized for their part in your weight loss. Anybody who has been supportive through this process needs to be recognized and appreciated. After all most of us do get a bit self-centered during the process. It takes a true friend to stay supportive.

Hi Celines:
I say, you have been through a lot and deserve it! And so do the people that stood beside you all the way! If it is conceited then so be it! I know when I was heavy and still a little now, I put everyone a head of myself. Not anymore.
We deserve to pamper ourselves from time to time and this is one of those times.
My Anniversary date is Jan. 7th and I have a party all planned out already. Only the people who supported me, helped me when I needed it most, are invited.
So cut loose and have some fun!
Take Care
Tammy
