10 months out TODAY!!!!

I just wanted to say HEY!!! I am officially 10 months today. I began at 240 and am now 155. Stuff is getting hard now. I have to deal with emotions instead of diving into ice cream. Congratulations on the great weight loss. It does get harder as you get further out, but the rewards are greater too. The clothes sizes drop so much quicker and the positive attention grows daily. Hope you reach that goal soon.

I was 10 months out as of Nov 20th, I started at 275lbs I am now 184lbs, 91 lbs lost forever............... I would like to get to maybe 165 lbs, but I feel so much better now I really wouldn't care if I stayed at this weight

Way to go on the weight loss! It is getting harder now for me as well. I need to get back to the basics and stop snacking so much. Keep up the great work!
