I have been going through a rough couple of weeks. Stress and stuff. Point being, I have gained 5 pounds. Didn't think it was possible, but I did. The stress I was going through is gone and I am in dire need of support to combat my gain. I will go back to loosing won't I?! I don't want to ruin all I have gone through. Please HELP! I am scared! Tracy, I just wanted to tell you that you are not alone; its so frustrating when we have really tough days, and turning to what we've known to work for comfort before (i.e. food) is like second nature to us and a hard habit to break. Also, you sound like you have been very busy, are you getting your protein in? your vitamins? You are NOT done losing, sweetie. You just take a deep breath, up your water intake and see if you are getting the much needed protein...could it be that time of month when we all gain a bit also? Take some time out for YOU...get a manicure, go to a book store and treat yourself to one of those non-fat drinks while you browse thru the bookstore and just remember you look wonderful, you are a great person, and this tool has not failed you!!!! We're here for ya and we believe in you! Good luck to you and hope you have a stress-free holiday Donna

Tracy, You can over come this slight set-back. Get back to the basics of protein first, tons of water and exercise. What is done is done. Look forward from here on out. You are a strong person and will over come this. Take care...... Jill

Tracy, I just wanted to make one observation. I think its great that you already know that you are under stress. Isn't identifying the problem 1`/2 the battle? The secret for all of us is how we handle the stress. I have been struggling with this too because i have always "ate" through stress and now that i cant its a huge issue for me to find out different ways to deal with it. Im sure its different for everyone, but i do think you should do something just for yourself, maybe try something that you've been wanting to do or treating youself to a new shirt. Good Luck, Michelle

I hear you loud and clear Tracy... as I too am going though some of the same things. I too don't want to ruin a great thing... being thinner is sooooo much better in ALL aspects of life... It's good that you have identified your stress... not look at your incisions and remember why you did what you did... Get back to protein, vitamins, water, and mucho exercise. I am even cutting back my portions, which I am still weighing, a tad. I am so afraid of strecthing the pouchie and getting fat again. HAng in there... let' s continue to be their for each other. Let me know if I can help you in any other way. Terri 365/205 -160 lbs.
