I finally broke through the plateau!! I'm down 6 lbs. First lose in 3 1/2 months. I'm now down 80lbs! I'm so exacted!! My PA told me along with all of you that it would happen!! Thanks so much for the support! I'm so glad that I finally check into this site! I really needed all of you!

That is so great! Those plateaus drive us all crazy and they keep happening all the way down. I hear that it is just your body adjusting to the new you, but it is still exciting when you drop down again!
