Scale Movment!!!!

THANK GOODNESS! The scale has finally moved! I have been on a nightmare of a plateau and thought I was going to go crazy waiting! I weighed last Thursday & since then I have lost 4 pounds! I am so thankful! So all you out there thinking the scale won't move again - it will! Just hold on awhile longer. Then when it seems like you can't wait anymore - cuss out the scale and walk off your frustration - maybe that will help! Barbie 281/193/170ish

I know what you mean! I had been at exactly 200 for 3 WEEKS! and this morning all of a sudden it was 195. I'm so glad to finally be in the 100's!! It drives you crazy when you hit those plateaus and it is hard to stay off the scale and not let it worry you.

Your alot like me, that happen to me too and it was also a 4 lb loss and now it gets better, 2 every other week at least so keep the faith!!!!
