Hello Jan.2004 surgery friends, The question of the day is: What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Are you planning a gathering or going anywhere interesting? Well as for my daughter and I , We will probably go to my sisters house for dinner. I will probably make my famous candied yams. We will watch some movies or maybe go to the movies? not sure, but I know its around the corner. Jeannie

My husband asked me that same question today, and I still have no clue what we will be doing. hmmm

Hoping my mom will still cook dinner so I don't have to face the leftovers. Turkey for me "PROTIEN". yum.

I love this question...I was just talking to my family yesterday and we have decided I will be cooking diner at my house. This is will be my first Thanksgiving after my rebirth. I can't wait. But I will be sending all kinds of left overs home with everyone else. I can't eat them myself any more. I am the only one in my house that eats left overs. I am so excited about this. I will be making a turkey (good Protein), coleslaw (for my dad), mashed potatos and corn. Everyone else will be bringing stuff over. This is an exciting time for me. I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving. Cindy
