I have some encouraging news. I was at a stand still for well over 2 mnths and I just hit my 100 lbs loss and I am so excited!!!!!!! I just dont know what happen. I played with the kids over the weekend, red roover and I may have sent my body into shock because I am so sore but I peeked on the scale and it said 172 and I was 178 since late August and was so upset at times but I tried to keep the faith, drinking more etc and we need to work harder at excersise well, I dont think we are done at all, we just need to step it up more excersise wise and I have to say that I was one who was where you where and I am here to say just drink some more and do something fun that involves being a kid again for a day and boy you will love the results!!!!!!
