The Scale Has Finally Moved!

Hey January Jumpers! After a two month plateau, the scale has finally returned to the downward trend. It hasn't happened in any large measure to be sure - but it moved! That's all I care about! Two months is a long time for a plateau. Although - I will say that a lot has changed in that two months. I got a new job. I started traveling for my job. I was in Nashville (different time zone) for a month and then 3 hurricanes to worry about at my home that I wasn't there to check on. Then I went home for Labor Day & had no power for a week and a half. Next challenge was that my bipolar medication wasn't working well again and they had to adjust the dosage. That in and of itself is enough to make me gain weight and go into despair. But I battled through it all and here I am! I'm in Atlanta now until January and then who knows where. I have a fitness center across the street. Every time I turn into my hotel, I am reminded to GET MY BUTT INTO GEAR! We don't have that long to our year anniversary and I'd really like to meet my goal by then. Thanks for the support you all provide here! God Bless! Barbie 281/195/170ish

You give me hope, I pray this happens to me soon because mine is as long as yours at this point and I would be a liar if I said I was happy and ok at 177, I am not and I hope to be at least 150 , that is healthy to me.
