Slim Fast Low Carb shakes

Ok so im fighting this darn plateau and its driving me crazy!!! I hate all the protein shakes and havent drank em..yes I had hair loss!!! Ok so now to what I have found. Slim fast has a low carb shake..Comes in five flavors chocolate,chocolate royal,strawberries and cream,vanilla and cafe latte. They are good I was shocked and they have 20 gs of protein and 1 sugar..I am willing to get these down and hopefully get weight moving again.. Just wanted to share and btw they have snack bars with protein too but havent tried them

I have a Slim Fast Low Carb shake every morning. I have tried 3 of their snack bars (rocky road, carmel nut, and peanut butter crunch) they are good and the peanut butter crunch taste just like a butterfinger. Wishing you all well on your WLS journey! Kimberley 248/236/141/125 Some day I hope!

That's it! I'm going to go get them today! I've been looking for a good portable shake for things like snacks, breakfasts, etc. I travel for my job and don't always have access to a blender for the ones I can tolerate well enough to drink without gagging. I've also tried some protein bars and they either taste like cardboard covered with mud - or they make me queasy. So I'm going to try them today! Thanks for the tip & God bless! Barbie 281/196/170ish
