?? Roux Stasis Syndrome-do you have it??????

Hi. I had my lap RNY 1-23-04. As of last Thurday my surgeon said there is a possiblity I may have Roux Stasis Syndrome. Have any of you experience this and is it something that I may have the rest of my life? I also read on the internet that there is a possibility of surgery with this- again did anyone have to have surgery? I've read the information location in the Obesity Help Library but would also like to chat with someone who may have first hand experience with this or know of someone who does. Thanks!!!! ~Michele

I've done a lot of reading about the RNY surgery in the last year but I've never heard of this. Like the previous posted said you might be able to connect with someone on the main message board. Hope all goes well for you.

I have never heard of it. What is it and what are the symptoms?
