What are you eating now?
I am down 116 pounds and am eating a little of whatever I want. I cant tolerate anything fatty...my tummy does not like anything that has any fat content. Sugar can be ok if i eat like a bite..which is usally enough to satisfy me anyway. I too concentrate on getting in protein first and try to get in as much water as I can.
My weight loss fluctuates too...sometimes its fast and other times... sooo slow I think I have stopped. Then next thing you know the clothes are too big again. That is the best feeling!!
You are doing terrific!! down 100 pounds...thats like a whole person!!!!! WOOO WOOOO You go girl!!!

Congratulations on the 100 lb weight loss. Wow, wi**** were me. I'd lost 80 when I went in for my six month check-up.
I am eating 3-3.5 oz protein and a salad most meals. Breakfast is still giving me a fit because the meat & eggs makes me sick. I've tried them separante, same result. Dr. Atkins low carb, high protein cereal does fine in my pouch but the nutritionist keeps telling me I need to eat food not cereal. Basically I am eating around 700 calories which is all I can hold and stay with the 3 meals, 1 snack my doctor's food plan outlines.
Many of us are slower than others but we will all get there before this is over.
