Hi everyone! Well, yesterday was my weigh in and I topped the scales at a mere 151.5 lbs! That's a total weight loss of 96.5# gone forever and ever. Only 3.5 more # to get to the century club!!!! I'm almost there. And only 16.5 more # to get to my goal of 135#. Would it be realistic for me to think I could be at my goal weight by the middle of September? I think I'm loosing slow anywere from 1.5# to 3# a week, but I'll take it! My friend who had surgery in May had lost a 42# in 9 weeks! I think loosing it slower is better. I've been feeling pretty good up until Tuesday (7-27). The night before I had some raspberry no sugar added frozen yogurt and I got sick! Then I ended up feeling pretty ****ty on Tuesday with an upset stomach and head ache and my sinus felt terrible! I missed work on Tuesday and yesterday. I spoke with my PCP's office yesterday and they called me in two prescriptions. Hope all is going well with all of you out there during your WLS journey and wishing you the best of luck!! Kimberley 248/236/151.5/135 soon I hope!

Hey.I started out at 5 ft 9,245 and I am now 138.I had surgery Jan 14.I say yes its very possible to lose it by September, keep up protein ,water and exercising.I have been holding tight at 138 for about 2 weeks? But I have a hernia and tt on 27th which might help few pounds,I have been in pain from my hernia getting big and pushing on my insides so I can honestly say I am not working out as hard as I was before.I still walk, count calories ,but I definietely eat more things then I did ,just littler portions.Like I will order nachos eat 5 then be satisified. My goal weight was 150 ,so I am a little under But I changed it to 135,so I consider myself doing pretty good.If I can maintain at 138 I will be very pleased as I am size 6 and some 5s now.So just keep plugging and congrats on your loss!
