6 months out

Ok here I sit six months out and am down 70 lbs with 40 lbs to go until goal. I went for my check up with Dr. Roll and go tossed into somthing I am more than willing to do at this point. Dr. Roll wants me to find a place to set up a support group in Winchester. I am very excited about this he is willing to have his nurse come up and run the group. I need to know if anyone in the Winchester area would be interested in going to meetings in the Winchester Area. I am going to see if I can't get Greenwood fire hall. This is right off Rt 7, 50, 11 and 81. Cindy

That is good ! good job on the weight loss keep it up! I had my 6 month check up on friday and i am allmost at my goal for the doctor like 11 pounds but i would like to lose 21 ! so i dont have to go bac****il jan. for my 1 year check up i am down from 269 to 161 ! good luck with everything keep up the good work Brenda 269/161/140?
