My 6 mo. anniv. too! Still losing hair...
Hello! Glad to hear that things are going pretty good for all of us! I have lost 102 pounds. I am so thrilled. The only thing for me is the hair loss. It started about a month and a half ago, is starting to slow down, but still have gobs in the drain after a shower. What is up with this, and will it ever end??? I was thrilled to fit into a size 12 jeans the other day. I mean, comfortably. I had them for a while, but they were always too tight. I finally wore them to work, and received many compliments. I feel so proud of myself, and am not ashamed to say it! We should all be so proud! One lady at work told me to go look in the mirror and pat myself on the back. I read a disturbing post earlier today though. There is one person who is two years out, and has gained weight back, and can eat a lot. This scares me, anyone else? I have come so far, and am still losing like crazy, I can't imagine ever gaining the weight back. I was carrying in a box of 25 lb. litter into my house the other day, and it seemed pretty heavy. Then I thought to myself, wow, I used to have 4x this much weight added to my body. No wonder I was feeling yucky. Good luck to everyone, and keep losing!!!
