Today is my 6 month anniversary and I feel great! I just got back from Florida on Saturday and was concerned as to whether or not I had lost any more weight, as I did not have access to any scales! I weighed in this a.m. and well, to my surprise I've lost 4 lbs. since June 29. That's a total of 94 lbs. omg only 6 more to the century club and only 19 more to my goal! I just can't believe it! I was hoping to be at my goal weight by August 21, but it doesn't look like that'll happen. I should be at goal by at least my 8 month anniversary, which is September 21, don't ya think? One question I have is this: Is it possible and is it good for someone who has had wls to be loosing around 21 lbs. a month? I know of someone who had the surgery in May and they have told me they have lost 42 lbs. since her surgery date. It just seems like it's too much toooooo soon. I am so amazed at how different my life is. I'm more active and have so much more energy! When I'm out walking, guys look at me! Gotta love it! While in Florida I went shopping for new clothes! It was so much fun (even though I had to shop by myself). I bought a dress and two pairs of pants that are size 8's! Who ever thought, me in a size 8. How cool is that! I'm on cloud nine! I would like to wish everyone out there success and good wishes on your journey to a new life! Kimberley 248/236/154/135 Soon I hope

My mother had her surgery a year ago in may and after she had hers she lost 84 lbs in 3 months....It did come off rather quickly, but she seems healthy enough. I haven't dared to hope for size 8's yet. It just that my mind won't let me. And of course it depends on the style of jeans, b/c I tried on a size 6 in Levi's and they fit great. Imagin that me in a size 6....It's almost too much to bear. We shall see! 72 lbs down and 28 to go! Stacy 220/148/120ish

Great Job!!! I lost 2 lbs a day the first month after my surgery then I slowed down to 1 lb a day. Of course its much slowern now, but I dont think it is uncommon to loose a lot really fast at first. Keep up the great work.
