down 85 @ 6 month FU

Had my 6 month Follow up today. All is well and I am doing great. They stated just to keep doing what I am doing, because it is workin for me. Blood was taken they will call with results and I was told to take Citracal for Calcium. The citracal are horse pills but they disolve in water, not to bad tried it this afternoon. They will see me (or what is left of me) in 6 more months. I LOVE THIS MELTIN FEELING !! I feel better now than I did my whole teenage years. Dawn -85

WTG DAWN!!!!!!! We are almost partners here. I go next week for my 6 mnth check up and I am down 87 lbs!!!! I get so nervous this will stop but I am having a great time watching my body come back to me!!!!!!! Keep up the awesome work

Today makes 6 months since my surgery, I have lost 92 lbs so far hoping to lose maybe 20 more lbs started 275lbs goal is around 160lbs
