Finally 200lbs

I am down 85lbs and I am feeling great! My doc said that he would like to see me lose about 20 more pounds............ He said that would be a good weight for me............. So under 200 here I come!

Congratulations on the great weight loss. You will be at goal before you know it. Just being under 200 has to feel fabulous. You are looking great. I checked out your profile. The part about the leak was really scary but thankfully you got medical attention in time. Best luck for your continued success.

good job Keep it up I go for my 6 month check up on the 23 i still have aways to wait I know you feel really good when i went under 200 i was thrilled i am just about at my dr.s goal weight which is 150 i am like 14 pounds away dont think i will make it before i see him but i know i am doing good and feel good the closer you get to where you wanna be seems like it takes for ever to get there i wanna lose from 24-14 pounds more keep up the good work!

That's great! I go on the 19th for my 6 month. I want to loose at least 10 more pounds before then. I am very happy for you!

WTG NANCY!!!!!!!!!!!! We are about the same loss wise so I think I am safe!!! It has taken me almost 3 weeks to drop 5 lbs so I am definatly slowing down. I have been moving so I know that my water intake is low and I am not eating meals. That really stalls it out for me. I pray you get to your goal soon

That is so great I cant wait to be below 200. I am at 227 I started at 320 on 1/30/04. I am looking fowart to loosing 100. unfortunatly that still won't have be below 200.But I will be excited. My goal weight is 160-170. Is there anyone else out there wround my height with a similar goal. I'd like to know where you are with your weight loss.
