Male RNY Information?
Hello Alberto.
I has surgery on Jan 29 of this year, and as of Friday, June 18, I had lost 150, offically with the doctor. At home, I have lost 156 pounds. I started out at 502 pounds. I try to make sure to get as much protein in every day as I can. I have FF yogurt for breakfast. Either tuna, imatiation krab, chicken, turkey or pork salad, made with Miracle Whip, some soup, cottage cheese, and 6-10 crackers for lunch, and have much smaller portions of what has been cooked for dinner at home. I try to work out at the gym 3 times a week. If you have questions or want to keep each other on track you can contact me at [email protected].
Congrats on being a loser!!!!!!!!
