How is everyone else doing with their wls?
Hi,
My surgery was 1/6/04. I am doing great I think, down 102.5# as of this am, no longer wearing clothes that have an X in them! Losing just a little hair, but not worried about it! No more prescription meds needed - yeah! Go to the Y RELIGOUSLY for 2-3 hours at least 5x a week, love the Pilates class I am taking - the instructors are awesome and as I am losing I can see improvement weekly in movement and strength. Everyone at work is so supportive and complimentary.
I even went to a tanning bed for the first time ever and did not worry about the weight limit for the beds! That is priceless!
Well once again I think I am the slowest loser of us all!! =(
I am down 60 lbs as of this morning. Not sure why I am losing so much slower and I was discouraged about it at first then I thought about it and was doing ok with it but then I talked to a girl last night that had her surgery a MONTH ago and went from a 26 to a 16 ALREADY!
Then I read about all of your sucesses and it makes me even more discouraged!
I know I am doing what I'm supposed to do, granted I don't get in ALL my liquids somedays but I try.
Grrrr! LOL
Anyway! Congrats to all of you and keep up the good work!!
Hugs

LOL!! Well it's comforting to know I am not alone!!!
I weigh everytime NAKED! Shoot, I take every little pound I can get!
What frustrates me more than anything is my sizes.. I am just NOW getting in a 24 and I was in a 26 (tight) and most are already in 18, 20's and SOME even in 16's!!
Oh well, we will get there girl!
We are just in a class of our own I suppose!! LOL
Hugs ya tight,
Tracy
You are definately not alone.....It helps to know this. I get so much from reading everyone's post. I am down just 55 and my date was Jan 15th. If it wasn't for all the positive posts I just don't know what state of mind I would be in. I am in a size 22 and 1X . This is my first post, but I've been reading all along.
thanks everyone for being there!
