JUST QUIT IT ALREADY!
Thanks. I needed that from both of you. It was still bad today. I figured it up on fitday and I ATE 1700 CALORIES. How could that happen except me stuffing things in my mouth not paying attention. Gotta nip this in the bud right now. I have almost never hit 1000 calories but the past two days something is way wacky. I don't like it.
Just remember that the important thing is you recognize what's going on and are proactive about it. I have to do that occasionally (I think we all do.) With me it's more about excercise, but I'm getting back on track about that too. We're still learning. Every day is a new and exciting one and a chance to start over again.
You've made it this far and are doing great. Be proud of your accomplishments.
Many hugs...
Fanny
We didn't have brain surgery, only wls. Give yourself a break for slipping up one day. Think about all the days you did well. Then get back to low carbs (below 20 grms) for a few days so the hunger will disappear.
I am assuming you ate a lot of carbs because it would be hard to eat that much protein. Load up on water between your meals
You've done well so far, and I know you can get back on track today.
Best of luck!
This tool is great. I believe the prayers helped too. Got it under control quickly. I think I did have quite a few carbs.....I ate taco salad (twice), chicken chow mein, melon, sunflower seeds, a couple of sugar free cookies, and some strawberries. It seemed like I ate quite a bit of the taco salad but last night at the support group, someone said shredded lettuce is one of those things we seem to be able to eat more of. Maybe it just looked like allot of food but it was sure allot more than I have been eating everyday.
